Music that Represents Me

PickUp Man by Joe Diffie, Country Boy by Alan Jackson, Drinking Class by Lee Brice, Look at My Truck by Chase Rice, International Harvester by Craig Morgan. These are the top five songs that I chose to represent my lifestyle and personality.

The reason I picked these songs is that each one of these songs can connect to an aspect of life. From songs that represent my hobbies that I enjoy to songs that represent the equipment I use for work.

In my opinion these songs would suggest that I am definitely a person that grew up in a small town and did lots of work and depended on his truck for a lot of that work. This is why I picked the songs Pick-up Man and International Harvester. Although I was usually busy with work and hobbies I still liked to have fun and that’s why I chose the song Drinking Class. I believe that the songs that I chose were an accurate representation of myself. The reason for the song Look at My Truck is that my free time is spent in the garage rebuilding my 1971 Chevrolet C20 Pick up.  Finally the song Country Boy his was a song that I actually didn't pick. This is a song that my friend back home called my "theme song" and it was actually the song my teammates picked as my walk up song for Baseball.

These songs have a special meaning in my life and with all the experiences that I have had while listening to these songs will stick with me for the rest of my life.

  1. I think it is awesome that you have a song in there that you kind of didn't pick but the people chose it for you in multiple occasions.
